London Biennale - Woman in Art 2025

Participating in the London Biennale - Women in Art was an unforgettable experience, a celebration entirely dedicated to women artists from around the world. This exhibition was more than an event; it was a powerful reminder that women can be anywhere, create anything, and become whoever they want to be.

For this edition, I presented my painting Aretha (85 × 85 cm), a work that embodies rhythm, power, and self-assurance. Aretha was created as a tribute to feminine strength and individuality, inspired by women who carry both softness and courage within them. Her golden tones and confident presence reflect the idea that art, just like women, is boundless.

Being part of an exhibition exclusively for women made me feel deeply connected to a greater purpose. Each artwork in that space told a story of resilience, transformation, and authenticity. Standing among so many incredible female voices reminded me why I paint: to give shape to emotion, to honor identity, and to connect through beauty and truth.

The Women in Art - London Biennale was not only about showing art but about celebrating the infinite potential of women, a reminder that we belong anywhere and that we are free to be whoever we choose to be.
