My paintings represent who I am, what I believe, and how I see the world. I focus on the feminine experience, using color and gold as tools to express identity, strength, and emotion. Each work is connected to my personal perspective and the stories I choose to tell through art.

Giovanah Faraco is a Brazilian visual artist currently based in Portugal. Her academic and creative journey spans Brazil, Australia, Italy, and now Portugal, where she refined her artistic voice through diverse cultural and aesthetic influences. Specializing in acrylic painting, she also explores sculpture and ceramics, embracing a multidisciplinary approach. All of her work focuses on the female figure, rendered in vibrant colors, organic forms, and gold, a symbol of inner strength and transformation. Her art reflects themes of identity, heritage, and emotional resilience.

Giovanah has exhibited extensively around the world, including in the United States, Spain, France, and several other countries. She continues to engage in projects that elevate female narratives in contemporary art. Her practice is grounded in the belief that art is a language of connection and empowerment.

Art is how I process the world. It’s intuitive, honest, and always connected to what I live and believe.
