About me
I am Giovanah Ferreira Faraco, originally from São Paulo, Brazil. Over the past few years, I have lived in Australia and Italy, where I dedicated myself to studying and improving my artistic skills. Currently, I reside in Guimarães, Portugal. As a multifaceted artist, I have a wide range of skills, including painting, photography and ceramics. I love creative challenges and am always open to learning new things, believing that we can always learn something from anyone, regardless of their age or background.
My art reflects the deep connection I feel with the female experience. Women, in all their forms, colors, and stories, are my greatest source of inspiration. Every brushstroke I make carries that feminine energy, striving to capture the strength, vitality, and resilience I see in us. For me, painting is a unique form of expression that has the power to touch viewers and convey emotions without the need for words.
My journey as a female artist has been as challenging as it has been transformative, and every piece I create is a tribute to the strength that resides within us all. I want my work to speak of overcoming obstacles, pain, joy, and, above all, the beauty of being a woman. My art is a homage to the complexity of the female soul and an invitation for the world to see women as they truly are: powerful, vibrant, and essential.
